Before you leave, check in once more.
At the start of today's session, you stopped to notice how you were doing. Since then you've mapped a trigger, named a loop, and practised your first reset.
So, right now — how am I doing?
You'll see the same statements as before. Please don't look back at your first answers. This isn't about reaching a "better" number; it's about noticing what, if anything, shifted for you today.
Because you can only train what you can first notice.
Same statements. Just notice what's true now.
No performance required
You don't need to be a perfect parent here. You don't need a high number, and you don't need to show that you're doing everything right. This is a moment to understand yourself.
Answer for yourself
Think about what actually happens in your real life — especially when you're tired, stressed, rushed or triggered. Answer from what is true for you, not from what you think should be true.
If something feels different from the start of the session, let your answer show it. If nothing has changed, that's useful to know too. You'll see the same 13 statements, one at a time. For each, choose a number from 0 (not at all true for me) to 10 (completely true for me).
Your Closing Point
This is not a grade. It's a picture of where you are now — information you can use, not a judgement.
